40 Minutes until Christmas Break

Before I begin - check out our new countertops!

Before

After!!

So I have 40 minutes until I'm off from work until January 4th, 2010. Woah, 2010? That means...

I've been out of high school for 10 years. 10 years? When did that happen? I'm only 27...oh crap. I'm 27? This could go either way for you - the reader - you could think wow, that's still young! Or...you could say...dang, I hope I look that good when I'm 27! (Ok, ok, maybe you won't really say the latter...but I don't look *that* bad, people!) ;)

I've been out of college for about 5 years (yes, I was a super senior!) - but technically I didn't really leave college since I only left for 8 mths to work in the corporate world and then ran screaming back & now work for the college. So that isn't so shocking to me. The high school thing. Kind of shocking.

And now with Facebook...it makes me realize even more how long it's been...most of my other classmates have kiddos of various age ranges...What? Kiddos? I must've missed that (baby) train as of yet. I got on the marriage train and I'm (I mean we) are enjoying it quite well...but that baby train bizness is not quite our style...yet? Srsly, the cat is a handful enough. :P But being married 3 years now, that question about babies comes up more often. Sorry peeps - we don't like to discuss what goes on under our sheets w/ the public. Move along please.

2010...what are my goals then? What are your goals? I'm not good at the word "resolution". Just doesn't work out for me. But I can do a list of goals. How about you?

One thing I would like to work on is consistently creating a to-do list for myself everyday. Try even harder to get myself in the habit of that. I think it would help make my (our) life a little easier and more organized.

Comb over this list of 101 things to do and focus on three that I want to complete during the winter/spring months.

My weakness is food when it comes to this health business. It's the honest truth. I love being active...and I love eating almost anything in sight. Not good! I've worked on food plans before and I've found some great healthy recipes along the way. I think I need to combine the two.

Create an updated address book. I said I would do this last year and I failed miserably (obviously) because Christmas Cards were an even bigger pain this year.

Get creative w/ my accessories and outfits. I don't like being frumpy but I can be that way if I'm not careful. I want to spice it up - I have to say the new glasses are helping w/ this new venture. :)

Share, share, share how Beachbody has helped me get physically and financially fit. Sometimes I get shy about this and I will be the first to admit that...but big things are happening and I want anyone interested to be a part of it!

So there we have it, some goals I want to work on. Again, what are you goals? Fitness-related? I'm always happy to chat about your next step!

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!!!
