Vlog Update - 5.17.2010

Hey y'all!

Sorry for my lack of blog/vlog posts this past month - I hope you all are doing well!

Today's vlog update I discuss a multitude of things...becoming an Emerald Coach, getting certified in Turbo Kick, Greenberry Shakeology, Turbo FIYAH!...and yes, Rusty the Cat makes another appearance!

Shakeology Recipes:

Shamrock Shake:
1 scoop of Greenberry
1 tsp of Peanut Butter
1 cap of peppermint extract
2 tbsp of Sugar-Free Jello Pudding Mix - Cheesecake Flavor
1 cup of water
Ice to taste
Blend!

Choco-maple & brown sugar Shakeology:
1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology
1 packet Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal
1 1/2 cup Almond/Skim/Soy/Rice Milk
Ice to Taste
Blend!

1. Workout 6 days a week for one month straight. (31/31)
2. Get rid of all processed, unhealthy foods in our pantry, fridge & freezer.
3. Try out a new workout routine every 90 days. Currently, Turbo Jam w/ ChaLEAN Extreme! (90/90)
4. Pack lunch for a month. (31/31)
5. Plan a week's worth of organic, nutritious meals.
6. Drink at least half of my weight in ounces of water on a daily basis.
7. Do something active: walk, bike, or workout dvd on a daily basis.

10. Go on a walk twice a week for one month. (8/8)

Money
11. For the month of packing my lunch, take the extra 5 dollars a day and place them directly into savings.
12. Put 250 bucks into savings once a month.
13. Pay off car loan.
14. Pay off CC and use only in emergencies after that.
15. Track every dollar spent in my account for one month.

Marriage
16. Plan a "date night" w/ my hubby twice a month. (8/58)
17. Learn more about an interest of my hubby's.
18. Cook a complete meal together once a month for one year. (0/12)
19. Plan an amazing surprise trip/getaway for our 4th wedding anniversary.
20. Try a new couples bible study for just the two of us.

21. Watch the sunset with my husband and a bottle of wine.

22. Create a scrapbook for our 5 year anniversary.

23. Watch the sunrise with my husband and a mimosa.

24. Get glammed up with hubby and go out on the town.

25. Stay home one night a week with Rob playing games, going for a walk, etc. (8/143)

26. Watch one NASCAR race w/ Rob w/o falling asleep.

Travel
27. Plan a trip to Napa Valley.
28. Take another trip to Hawaii in the next 12 months.
29. Visit Cedar Point again.
30. Take a girl's trip to either NYC, Tampa, or New Orleans.
31. Tour New Orleans again for the history.
32. Finally go to Europe.
33. Travel the coast of Southern California.
34. Visit Savannah, Georgia.
35. Make another trip to Birmingham to visit old friends.

36. Take a trip with Alissa every year and do things that our husbands never want to do. (1/3)

37. Spend a weekend at a Bed and Breakfast.

Organize/Home
